To ensure the best service for our customers, Racetech dealers are required to have experience with race custom installation, rollcage/racecar fabrication and/or previous race experience. Dealers must also are required to have installation facilities and/or high degree of race application knowledge.

Ordering/Pricing

Placing Orders

1. Dealer orders should be faxed or e-mailed to info@racetechseatsna.com with "dealer order" in the subject line. This will expedite processing and curtail errors.
2. All orders should include a Purchase Order number, or the name of the person placing the order.
3. An acknowledgement of your order will be sent in the same manner it was received (fax or e-mail). Please contact us if you fail to receive acknowledgement within one business day.
4. The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 1 pm, Pacific Time. All orders placed after that time will ship the next day.

Dealer Pricing

To be eligible for Dealer Pricing you must submit all of the following:
1. A copy of your business license with your current address and business name clearly shown on it.
2. A copy of your business advertisement (yellow page ad or national magazine, minimum size of 1/12 page) or a photo of your business storefront with the signage visible.
3. If your sales are exclusively from the internet, please provide your URL (universal resource locator).
4. If you are located in Nevada, we require a copy of your resellers permit, or state sales tax will be assessed.

 

Protected Territories

The Racetech NA management will offer protected geographic territories for our dealers. We do not want dealers feeling that they must compete on price for business from another dealer across town.

Racer Pricing

The greatest advertised discount allowed is 5% off list price. Any company not following this policy may be discontinued as a Racetech NA dealer. Our concern is your customers' perception of the quality of our products. While we realize that pricing is a factor in some customers' decision-making process, remember that Racetech products are the finest safety products available.

 

Racetech NA is required by state law to collect sales tax on any order drop shipped within Nevada by a Dealer not holding a Nevada seller's permit or a Certificate of Registration-Use Tax  You will be assessed the prevailing tax rate at the time of ordering unless we have on file a copy of your Nevada seller's permit or a Certificate of Registration-Use Tax.

Returns

Racetech North America Return Policy

Racetech prides itself on superior craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Because of Racetech's no compromise design our seats require custom installation. In many cases this requires custom bases to be made. When you buy our seats, please keep in might it is not always a simple bolt in installation and thus Racetech is unable to accept a return because of installation difficulties. Additionally:

Used items may not be returned under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for items damaged by improper use or installation.
All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 15 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or they may be refused.
The RMA numbers must appear on the shipping labels we provide.
All items must be returned with original packaging and materials and be in perfect, new condition.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for insuring returns.

Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay or refusal of your refund and an additional restocking fee of up to 25%.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. (dealers & retail customers)

Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.

Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you have received damaged merchandise or have received items that you did not order, please contact us by replying to your e-mail receipt, making sure to copy the contents of the receipt in your e-mail. Simply let us know the error or that the product was damaged, and we'll take care of it at no cost to you, including all shipping charges. We will wait to receive and inspect the originally-shipped product prior to shipping a replacement. If a product was damaged during shipping, you must retain all materials until the shipper (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) has had a chance to inspect the package, if they choose.

Replacement Product

If we sent you something in error, and we send the correct item out but do not get the wrong one back within 10 business days, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the replacement item or the incorrect item plus shipping, whichever is greater.

Returning Items

Follow the steps below to return items that you no longer want:

Click here to fill out the RMA request form. Fill out one form per item you are returning.

Contact us for an RMA number and a return shipment address.

Fill the form out completely and attach the form to the outside of the box.

Send the item to the designated address. Make sure to use the lowest cost method available and make sure the return package is traceable; we are not responsible if it gets lost in the mail on the way back to us. You are responsible for any additional insurance required to protect the value of the package.
